Changed your mind? You can return any unused set within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
To qualify, your return must be:
- Unused: no canvas has been scratched
- Complete: all canvases and the scratch tool included
- In its original packaging and condition
Once a canvas has been scratched it can't be resold, so used sets aren't eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Damaged, defective or wrong items are always covered, even if you've started scratching (see below).
How to start a return
- Contact us through our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back so your return reaches the right place.
- For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send anything back.
Orders that don't arrive
If your order still hasn't been delivered 30 days after you placed it, contact us and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Contact us as soon as possible, as orders are usually processed quickly. Once your order has shipped, the return terms above apply.
Gifts
If you received a set as a gift, the same terms apply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method of the person who placed the order.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws of your country and does not limit them.
